Betting Shop Customer Experience Manager

Entain operates Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops and seeks a Retail Customer Service Manager to deliver top customer service and drive standards daily. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team serving customers and building relationships to encourage repeat visits.

Salary is £13.00 per hour. Our shops open 8am–10pm across locations; the typical rota is 20 hours per week with varied shifts. We offer a healthy work-life balance and inclusive environment.
