Hybrid Residential Property Manager – Lettings

Beresfords Group is recruiting a Property Manager to join our residential lettings team. After a successful probation, the role will be largely home-based with four days per month at our Head Office near Chelmsford, or at a Beresfords branch.

You will manage maintenance queries, liaise with landlords, coordinate contractor visits, keep accurate records, ensure compliance and safety checks, and maintain communications with local lettings branches.
