Senior Property Projects Lead – Capital Works

Reading Borough Council is seeking an experienced Property Projects Manager to lead the Corporate Property Services Projects Team and deliver a diverse portfolio of construction, refurbishment and improvement schemes across the Council’s estate.

You will manage complex projects from inception through to completion, shaping buildings and services used daily by staff, residents and visitors, with hybrid working and required on-site presence during the early probation period.
