Flt Reach Truck Driver

We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Reach Truck Drivers to join our fast-paced contract packing operation in Bardon. As a vital part of our logistics and production network, The FLT Reach Driver will ensure stock, raw materials, and finished goods move efficiently between our high-bay racking and busy co-pack assembly lines.

Hours for the FLT Reach Driver:-

• 06:00 – 18:00 (12-hour shifts)

Shift Pattern for the FLT Reach Driver:-

• 4 Days On, 4 Days Off (Fixed Days)

Key Responsibilities for the FLT Reach Driver:-

• Line Replenishment: Move raw components and packaging materials to the production lines to prevent downtime.
• High-Bay Stacking: Put away finished, wrapped pallet loads safely into high-bay racking systems.
• Inbound & Outbound: Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently using Reach Trucks.
• Inventory Control: Complete visual quality checks on all loads and ensure paperwork or scanner data is accurate.
• Site Safety: Maintain high safety standards and adhere to warehouse traffic management systems at all times.

Key Requirement for FLT Reach Driver:-

• Valid Licence: Must hold a valid, accredited Reach Truck licence (e.g., RTITB, ITSSAR).
• Experience: Proven experience operating a Reach Truck in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), logistics, or co-packing environment.
• Reliability: Comfort with committing to a 12-hour shift pattern on a 4-on, 4-off rotation.
• Communication: Good level of written and spoken English for paperwork and health and safety requirements.
• Fixed 4-on, 4-off rotas providing predictable days off and consistent income.
• On-site parking and modern staff canteen facilities.
