Peak-Season Customer Experience Advisor (Temp) | Hybrid

Elizabeth Scarlett is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Advisor to support customers during our peak period (Black Friday to Christmas). Hybrid role (2–3 days in the office) with remote flexibility for the right candidate.

Fixed-term contract from w/c 26 October to 31 December (~330 hours), with full-time preferred but part-time and irregular hours considered. You’ll handle orders, returns, exchanges and queries with warmth and care.
