Flexible Attendance & Outreach Specialist Mentor (Term-Time)

Highfields College is seeking a dedicated Specialist Mentor – Attendance and Outreach Officer to join our team. You will deliver high-quality outreach and support to improve attendance and foster collaboration between home, school and pupils.

Working with senior leaders and the pastoral team, you will assess attendance issues and determine appropriate interventions while coordinating home visits, caseloads and attendance campaigns to support pupils and families.
