School Catering Lead: Food, Service & Team Coach

Chartwells is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations on a part-time basis (27.5 hours/week). You will supervise kitchen and service teams, ensure top-tier food and service, and help drive KPIs while representing the Compass Group brand with pride.

The role requires at least two years in catering, team leadership, and a valid Basic Food Hygiene certificate. A passion for great food and customer service is essential.
