Undergrad Reading Mentor — Help Students Read Confidently

Alsop High School in Reading is offering an undergraduate opportunity as a Reading Intervention Mentor. You will work with small groups of pupils aged 11–15 to deliver structured reading support and gain training.

You will mentor 5–8 pupils, help improve fluency, confidence and comprehension, and receive ongoing guidance from experienced colleagues. This role suits students exploring careers in education, psychology, or literacy support, with term-time hours and pay of £12.71 per hour.
