School Catering Supervisor — Lead Food & Service Excellence

Chartwells Independent, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations for Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly and deliver exceptional food experiences, while supervising teams, maintaining health and safety standards, and communicating with your line manager to monitor KPIs.
