About the Role
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Follow existing lesson plans and school schemes of work
- Maintain positive classroom routines and behaviour
- Adapt teaching to meet different learning needs
- Support pupil engagement and progress
- Create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
- Work effectively with teachers, support staff and school leaders
- Quickly adapt to different schools, classes and year groups
What We’re Looking For
- UK QTS is required
- Recent UK secondary teaching experience
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Good subject knowledge in your specialist subject
- Ability to quickly adapt to different schools and year groups
- Confident, engaging and professional approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Reliable and flexible attitude
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
