Fitness Manager up to 34K basic OTE 40K – Farnborough
We are looking for a fitness manager to work at one of the leading leisure centres in the Farnborough area. The centre has a well-established membership base and offers their members a high quality and well-equipped gym, multiple studios, pool and wet side operation.
As fitness manager you will lead a team of 5 fitness coaches and be responsible for:
- Driving and delivering an exceptional member experience on the gym floor
- Optimising member inductions, programs, rebooks and taster 1-1 sessions.
- Managing, coaching and leading your fitness team to achieve their daily targets.
- Look to promote and develop the level of PT penetration
- Work very closely with the GM and management team in the club.
- Can personal train and take classes off shift.
We are looking for a well-qualified fitness professional with fitness management experience. You will be working a combination of shifts during the week and 1 in 2 weekends.
In addition to a basic salary of £34K there is the opportunity to personal train clients on and off shift and to take classes to significantly boost your earning potential to earn a further £500/month.
