Bar & Retail Team Lead – Customer Service Mastery

Compass Group UK&I ESS Defence, Government and Energy services division is recruiting a Retail Supervisor to help run Defence operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

You will supervise frontline teams, manage till operations, rota planning, stock orders and weekly bookwork, while ensuring Food Handling & Hygiene and Health & Safety standards are met. The role requires a positive, customer-focused team player mindset.
