Smile Education Recruitment seeks an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a KS4 pupil in a specialist SEN setting in the B65 area. The role is long-term, demanding resilience, and requires calm, consistent support to help the pupil engage with learning.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships, use de-escalation strategies, and work with the SENCO and classroom team to implement strategies and support development.
