Teaching Assistants (TA) play a crucial role in supporting students at Hope High School. This is a challenging but rewarding role with no two days the same, supporting students and teaching staff to create a good learning environment for pupils to meet their goals academically and socially.
This position is part time, term time only. The salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
Essential Qualifications
- Ability to operate at a level of understanding and competence equivalent to NVQ Level 2 standard
Desirable Experience
- Experience of working with or caring for children of relevant age
- Experience of working in a relevant classroom/service environment
- Experience of administrative work
- Experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
- Experience of supporting pupils with SEND
