Cafe Manager — Lead Team, Deliver Service & Social Impact

Compass Group UK & Ireland is recruiting for a Café Manager at the Change Please Café, Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton. You will lead a team, oversee daily operations, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while working in a social enterprise that helps people move from homelessness to employment through training.

You will manage service standards, budgets, and KPIs, supporting recruitment and training, and maintaining full compliance with food safety and health & safety policies.
