Kitchen Manager — Lead Café Ops, Menu & Team

Bob and Berts in Stirling is seeking an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations. You will manage inventory, staff scheduling, menu development, and food safety to deliver a high-quality customer experience in a busy café environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in a kitchen leadership role, a Food Hygiene Certificate, weekend and morning availability, and a calm, organized approach under pressure.
