Temp Senior Catering Supervisor: Lead Food Service & Safety

Brightwork Limited on behalf of our client in Falkirk is recruiting a Temporary Senior Catering Assistant / Supervisor for a busy canteen. You will work 35 hours per week on a rota, with shift hours between 6am and 7pm and occasional evenings or weekends.

You will support the Catering Manager, supervise staff, ensure compliance with Food Safety Scotland guidelines, monitor service delivery and manage stock and menus.
