Pay: Securebase salary of £45,627.21 per annum
Contract:Permanent, full-time
Hours: Thursday, Friday,Saturday, Sunday – 12 hours per day – start time 6 AM until 6:30 PM (Half hourlunch deducted). This position does require lone working.

Yorwaste’sDrivers are responsible for providing services to our commercial customersacross York and North Yorkshire.Working independently, you will show goodmanagement of personal workload, ensuring the safe operation and driving of ourvarious vehicles, in-line with our health and safety standards.
As a Class 1 Driver, you will beresponsible for removing material from our transfer stations to the enddisposal point, when working on the class 2 vehicles you will be responsiblefor the collection of waste and recycling material including food waste. You will demonstrate good organisational andtime-management skills, adapting to varying routes and schedules based on theevolving needs of our clients and the business. Being a positive andenthusiastic person, you will be able to adapt to operational obstacles thatmay arise in varying weather conditions. Excellent communication skills arerequired to coordinate regularly with our transport planners and the widerteam, ensuring an efficient and friendly service.

Essential Qualifications
- CategoryC+E (Class 1) with no historical driving disqualifications.
- Driver Certificate ofProfessional Competence (CPC).
