Temporary Deputy Pastoral Leader – SE London

TLTP Education is seeking an experienced Deputy Pastoral for a South East London secondary academy on a temporary basis. The role involves working with the pastoral and senior leadership teams to uphold high standards of behaviour, attendance and student welfare.

You will support students with pastoral and behavioural needs, liaise with parents and carers, Heads of Year and staff, and help keep students engaged with their education during a busy temporary placement.
