Sport-Powered Teaching Assistant & Role Model (4 days/wk)

Academics are recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Ealing, working 4 days per week. You will provide one-to-one and small-group support for students in Years 7–9 and act as a positive male role model for pupils requiring additional encouragement.

The role involves assisting teachers, supporting behavioural needs, and using sport to engage students, helping them build confidence and resilience. Salary is £93–£100 per day, dependent on experience.
