Literacy Intervention Mentor – Reading & Learning Centre

Redhill School in Stourbridge, West Midlands, is seeking an Intervention Mentor to support whole‑school literacy priorities, with a focus on EAL learners and readers who need additional support.

The post holder will deliver small group reading interventions, assess pupil progress, maintain accurate records and report impact to their line manager, and manage the Learning Centre to promote reading and independent study at break, lunch and after school.
