Facilities Technician – Fabric & Building Maintenance (London)

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an established Technician for a client site in London. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, fabric repairs, carpentry, plumbing, and decorating while delivering professional customer service.

The role requires City & Guilds/NVQ 2/3 or equivalent, with basic Electrical/Mechanical knowledge. You will support a busy facilities team and contribute to safer, energy-efficient building operations on site.
