Seeking a friendly, reliable, & customer-focused Café Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of the café by providing excellent customer service, preparing food & beverages, maintaining cleanliness, & ensuring customers enjoy a welcoming café experience. You will:
- – Greet customers
- – Take customer orders
- – Prepare & serve hot & cold drinks & snacks
- – Operate the till & handle cash/card payments
- – Maintain cleanliness & hygiene standards throughout the café adhering to h & s regulations
- – Restock supplies, ingredients, & display items as needed
- – Assist with opening & closing duties
- – Handle customer questions & resolve minor complaints professionally
Previous experience in hospitality may be advantageous & you will thrive in a fast-paced environment demonstrating strong communication, teamwork & initiatiative.
