Multi-Trade Maintenance Tech – Carpentry & Plumbing (Borehamwood)

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Trade Operative to cover Borehamwood and surrounding areas. You will perform maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and MOTs across carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring.

You must be reliable with a valid UK driving licence. The role includes a van and tools, a salary of £34,359–£42,759 plus £125 monthly London Weighting, overtime, and eligibility for a company bonus scheme. DBS check may be required.
