Assistant Headteacher – Pastoral & Safeguarding Leader

There is no other school like ours. We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to lead the pastoral life of our school. As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will lead pastoral care, behaviour and wellbeing across the school, and work with teachers and leaders to improve the quality of teaching.

You will also be a Designated Safeguarding Lead. This is a non-teaching post, working closely with the Deputy Headteacher, who holds overall accountability for this area.
