Autism & Complex Needs Classroom Assistant

Oaklands School in London Borough of Hounslow is seeking enthusiastic Classroom Support staff to join both our Primary and Secondary schools. You will work with students who have autism and complex needs, supporting their learning and daily routines with patience and care.

Applicants should be calm, patient, and able to work well in a team. The role involves assisting with personal care tasks and facilitating students’ progress as part of our inclusive education approach.
