Cordelia’s Mayfair is an exceptional new 80-seater restaurant opening in the heart of Mayfair, Central London, built around exceptional produce, open-fire cooking and genuine hospitality.

We are seeking talented Chef de Parties to join our opening team. You will run a designated section, prepare dishes to the highest standards, support junior chefs, and maintain quality and allergen safety, hygiene and consistency throughout service.
