Onboard Cruise Ship Hotel Operations Supervisor

sea chefs Holding AG seeks a Hotel Support Supervisor on the Mein Schiff fleet to oversee hotel hygiene, regulatory compliance, and pest management. You will conduct inspections, manage logs, and support external health inspections while coordinating hotel utilities and administrative tasks with the sanitation officer.

We require certified hygiene or sanitation training or equivalent experience, at least 1 year on board preferred, and strong English; German is a plus.
