Delivery & Installation Technician — Lead & Coach Homes

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Technician Specialist to join a two-person delivery crew. You will install products at customers’ homes, coach fellow drivers, and manage loading with the warehouse team from a delivery hub. The role requires heavy lifting and hands-on customer service across a 4-day pattern.

You will be expected to maintain safety, stay updated on new products, and represent the brand with professionalism on every visit.
