Jo Malone London is a celebrated British fragrance house known for its elegantly simple scents with unexpected twists. From iconic colognes to luxurious bath, body and home products, each item tells a unique story. And we want you to help share that story with our customers.

Your Role

• Create exceptional customer experiences with warm, tailored recommendations
• Help customers find the perfect gift or signature scent
• Support festive in-store events, visual merchandising and store presentation
• Work as a team to achieve sales targets
• Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment and back-of-house organisation

• Friendly, confident and engaging communicator
• Thrive in a fast-paced, festive retail environment
• Flexible availability during peak Christmas weeks
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus – enthusiasm is essential!
