Lead Home Delivery & Installation Technician

John Lewis & Partners seeks an experienced Technician Specialist to install products at customers’ homes as part of a two-person delivery crew using a 7.5‑tonne vehicle. You will coach colleagues, load deliveries with the warehouse team, and demonstrate product use after installation.

The role includes evenings and nights with premiums and requires 18+ status, a Manual C1 licence with points cap, and DCPC/Tachograph Card. A strong focus on customer service and safety is essential.
