Encore is seeking a Day Concierge in Watford to welcome residents and visitors, assist with inquiries, and manage maintenance requests on a 4-on/4-off schedule. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming lobby and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role values excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and a basic understanding of health and safety. Previous concierge or security experience is preferred, with a focus on customer service and local knowledge.
