Recovery & Tenancy Support Specialist

Creative Support are recruiting a dedicated support worker in Gateshead to assist adults with mental health support needs who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The role is described as a time-limited, outcome-focused position within a floating team working from Gateshead.

You will manage a caseload, provide direct support to service users and use holistic plans. The work involves multi-agency collaboration to secure appropriate services and help individuals stabilise and secure tenancy.
