Recovery Worker: Empower Homeless Lives through Support

Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a Recovery Worker to support homeless individuals across street outreach, housing projects and community settings. You will provide practical and emotional support to promote recovery, independence, and safety.

Key tasks include engaging with vulnerable adults, coordinating access to housing, healthcare and services, and working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Training and DBS are provided as part of the role.
