Night Residential Support Worker — Flexible Shifts

Young Care Hub in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Bank Night Residential Support Worker to provide trauma-informed, compassionate care for children aged 8–17. You will work the night shift as the sole waking staff member, with on-site sleep-in colleagues, and support through calmly checking in and reassuring children as needed.

Responsibilities include light tasks, accurate logging, and helping with the morning routine before handover to the day team.
