Nurturing Night Care Assistant – Hotel‑Style Care Home

Quantum Care is seeking a Night Care Assistant for Elm View Care Home in Bishop’s Stortford. The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, nights 9:30pm–7:30am, with pay £13.47 per hour on weekdays and £14.47 per hour on weekends.

Training is provided; you will support residents with personal care, meals and daily activities, while building trust and ensuring safety through the night. A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care is encouraged, with progression opportunities and a strong team culture.
