The Role – Hands-on production team member

• Produces cookies and donuts as directed by the production plan.
• Assists with preparation, baking, finishing and packing.
• Ensures products are ready for dispatch.
• Maintains cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Supports wherever needed to ensure all orders are completed before collection.

About You

• Previous experience as a Baker
• Proven experience in a commercial-style / wholesale bakery environment
• Comfortable working at pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Good understanding of fermentation, dough development, and batch production
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Organised, dependable, and a strong team player
• Punctual and reliable, with flexibility to meet early start times
