Wellbeing Pathfinder: Community Connector

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking candidates for roles within the M Thrive Hub in Manchester. The M Thrive Hub Pathfinders will support wellbeing services, map local providers and engage with children, young people, families and carers to enable access to community offers.
