Relief Support Worker — Empowerment & Community Care

Together UK is seeking a Clifton House relief support worker to assist service users at Clifton House Accommodation Service in a zero hours role. You will support independence, promote wellbeing, and help with daily tasks within established procedures and safeguarding guidelines.

The role requires empathy, reliability, and the ability to work flexibly across a 24/7 rota. Reporting to Daniel Cooper, you will participate in training and maintain accurate records using company systems.
