Position: Factory Operative

Location: Lympne, Kent – Will need to drive due to location

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: £13.13 an hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble school tables with precision and care.
• Utilise hand-held tools to ensure high-quality production.
• Collaborate with a friendly team to meet daily targets.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus, but not essential!
• A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Strong attention to detail to guarantee quality.
