FM Help Desk Operator — First‑Line Maintenance & Support

Virtu Property is seeking an FM Help Desk Operative to join our Facilities Management team in Birmingham. You will be the first point of contact for all FM queries, logging and coordinating maintenance tasks, and supporting both planned and reactive maintenance across the organisation.

No two days are the same as you log requests, track progress, and provide timely updates to requestors while maintaining accurate records and reporting on performance.
