Trainee estate agent – Sheen – Full Training Provided

My client is looking for a lettings negotiator for their flagship East Sheen office!

It is a lovely boutique, sales and lettings agency covering East Sheen, Barnes and Mortlake.

Location: East Sheen, London

Salary: £20,000 – £26,000 basic salary plus monthly incentives OTE -£40,000 – £60,000

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:40am – 6:00pm

Every other Saturday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

An enthusiastic and people-focused Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is bright, high energy, confident and a team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Registering and qualifying new applicants
• Conducting property viewings
• Matching applicants to suitable properties
• Negotiating offers and progressing deals
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Completing associated paperwork and compliance requirements
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
• Supporting colleagues and contributing positively to the team environment

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and well-presented
• Organised and able to multitask
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Full clean UK driving licence essential
