Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in East Kilbride to hire a talented Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a positive outlook, and embraces challenges with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

n

n
• Processing Supplier invoices

n

• Liaising with customers and suppliers as required with the resolution of accounts queries.

n

• Support the credit control function and chase overdue accounts.

n

• Check production document pricing against quote and generate customer invoices. 

n

• Sending invoices by email weekly 

n

• Resolving invoice queries 

n

• General admin duties

n

n

n
