Temporis Legal Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a highly regarded North London firm who are looking for a residential conveyancing paralegal to join their busy property team. This role is entirely office based with no scope for hybrid or remote working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting fee earners on residential sales, purchases, and remortgages

n

• Assisting with files from initial instruction to post-completion

n

• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence

n

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors

n

• Ensuring files are compliant, accurate, and progressed efficiently

n

n

The firm are looking for a candidate who ultimately will be able and comfortable running their own caseload.
