I’m currently working with a highly respected regional law firm that is looking to strengthen its Family team in Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join an established team, working predominantly with privately funded and high-net-worth clients on complex and high-quality matters.
The Role:
- Handling a varied caseload of privately funded family matters
- Advising HNW individuals on complex financial remedy cases and substantial assets
- Managing divorce and separation matters, alongside private children work
- Drafting and advising on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
- Advising on family businesses, succession planning and asset protection
- Dealing with sensitive domestic abuse applications
The Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years’ PQE within Family Law
- Strong experience managing a privately funded caseload
- Experience dealing with HNW clients and complex financial matters
- Excellent technical, drafting and client management skills
- Commercially minded with an interest in business development
