Morgan Hunt are delighted to be partnering with a public sector organisation as they look to welcome a Sourcing Manager to their procurement team on a full time and permanent basis.
Job Description:
- Lead strategic sourcing across multiple spend categories.
- Manage high-value RFx and procurement projects.
- Develop procurement strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Advise stakeholders on suppliers, frameworks and commercial risk.
- Lead supplier negotiations to deliver value and strong contracts.
- Manage supplier performance, due diligence and contractual risk.
- Ensure compliance, sustainability and continuous improvement.
Expereince:
- Public sector procurement experience
- Procurement Act 2023 experience
- CIPS Level 4 desirable not essential
