Commercial Manager (Corporate Services / Infrastructure Focus)
We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a major London public sector organisation on an interim basis. Working within a high-profile programme, this role will support a broad range of commercial and procurement activities across corporate services, workplace services, facilities management and infrastructure-related projects. We welcome applications from experienced procurement professionals with backgrounds across corporate services, estates, FM, infrastructure, construction, professional services or other complex procurement categories.
Key Details
• Contract: Until 18 December 2026
• Location: Southwark, London (minimum 2 days per week in the office, with occasional travel to the Stratford office)
• Rate: £388.10 PAYE / £529.95 Umbrella per day (Inside IR35)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Interview: Own laptop required
The Role The successful candidate will support the delivery of commercial and procurement activities across a diverse portfolio of corporate services and infrastructure-related projects. Working closely with project and delivery teams, you will help shape commercial requirements, manage procurement activities and support programme delivery through effective stakeholder engagement and governance.
Essential Experience
• Strong commercial procurement experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end procurement activity across multiple categories.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Desirable Experience
• Public sector procurement experience.
• Facilities Management (FM), Corporate Services or Estates procurement experience.
• Infrastructure, construction, fit-out or capital projects procurement experience.
• Experience covering office fit-outs, workplace facilities, maintenance, refurbishment or related categories.
• Experience managing framework agreements, tenders and supplier contracts.
