A hypergrowth, well-funded fintech is building out its founding UK/EMEA team and looking for someone to build the talent engine behind it from scratch.
This is a true 0-to-1 seat: founding in-house recruiter owning GTM hiring (AE, BDR, sales leadership) for one of the fastest-scaling companies in the space.

- Founding Internal Recruiter (UK), Central London – 5 days on-site preferred, open to hybrid
- Up to £140K OTE, plus career-defining equity
