Position: UK-Based Data Engineering Experts Type: Contract Compensation: $140–$200/hour Location: Remote Duration: 14 September to 10 October 2026 Commitment: 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and own data pipelines in production environments.
• Collaborate with experts to create tasks and rubrics for AI model training and evaluation.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and tools like Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Document and structure data engineering processes for effective knowledge transfer.
• Work within a UK business-hours rhythm to ensure seamless collaboration.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Data Engineers with experience in building and owning pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with ETL and ELT, orchestration, streaming, and data warehousing.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
