M3 UK is seeking a VP, Team Lead to spearhead the sales organization, connect clients with global physician and healthcare research capabilities, and drive growth of M3’s research offerings. You will mentor AVPs, VPs, and Account Managers, while ensuring the team meets revenue and profitability targets.

You will be visible with key accounts, mentor on bid strategy, and collaborate with delivery leads to seamless quoting and invoicing, all within a hybrid work environment.
